All steps

Assemble

  1. Unbox and check parts Check the main unit, front foot tube, dual rails, seat, rear support, left and right footplates, two stop pads, and two AAA batteries one by one.
  2. Sort the hardware Sort the 18 fasteners as illustrated: two M8×45, six M8×15, two M6×15, four M8×40, and four M12×160.
  3. Lift the front of the robot With two people, hold the main unit raised and steady, leaving room to insert bolts through the front foot tube and underside and turn the tool.
  4. Position the front foot tube Face the front foot tube wheels toward the front. Lift and move directly beneath the base connection plate, aligning the holes.
  5. Insert front foot bolts from below Fit a D06 flat washer on each D13 bolt and insert both upward through the front foot tube into the main unit. Give them just a few turns.
  6. Tighten the front foot tube Insert B14 into the bolt heads from below. Tighten clockwise, alternating left and right. Check that the front foot tube does not wobble.
  7. Return to the ground With two people, slowly lower the main unit and front foot tube together until the front feet touch the floor. Keep supporting the rear of the main unit.
  8. Align the rails from behind Face the connection holes of both rails toward the main unit. Lift them behind it to the connection arm height, then move level into alignment.
  9. Push the rails all the way in Push both rails forward from behind over the main unit's projecting connection arms. Align the side and underside screw holes.
  10. Install the side bolts loosely Fit a D06 flat washer on each of two D14 bolts per side. Insert from outside the rails and engage just a few threads.
  11. Install the lower bolts loosely Install one D14 bolt and D09 curved washer beneath each rail, concave side against the rail bottom. Engage just a few threads.
  12. Align the seat with the rail ends Keep the seat cushion up. Lift from outside the main unit, then move behind the rail ends with rollers aligned to both rails.
  13. Push onto the rails Slide the seat forward onto the rail ends, with all four load rollers on top and both lower guide rollers beneath the rails.
  14. Attach the stop pads Place both C16 pads below the underside holes near the rail ends, concave side up against the rail bottoms.
  15. Insert the stop screws Insert two D19 screws upward through the center holes of C16 into the holes under the rails. Hand-tighten for now.
  16. Tighten the stop pads Use the B15 Phillips tip to tighten each D19 clockwise until both stop pads sit snugly without rotating.
  17. Align the rear support from the back Keep the rear support column pointing up. Move the support in from the side to behind the rail ends, then forward so both open brackets fit around the rails.
  18. Insert the rear support bolts Fit a D10 lock washer then a D06 flat washer onto each of four D12 bolts. Insert through the rails and brackets from outside and give them just a few turns.
  19. Tighten the rear support Tighten the four D12 bolts alternately left and right with B14. Release support only once the brackets sit flat and the rear support is steady.
  20. Tighten the rail sides Once the rear support is installed, tighten the four left and right D14 bolts one by one with B14. Check that both rails are parallel.
  21. Tighten beneath the rails Use B14 from beneath the rails to tighten the remaining two D14 bolts, checking that the D09 curved washers seat correctly. Tighten all six D14 bolts fully.
  22. Test the seat slide Slide the seat from front to back and return. It should run smoothly the whole way without catching or drifting.
  23. Position the left footplate Keep the left footplate heel cup down. Lift from the left to mounting height, then align sideways with the two holes on the main unit's left side.
  24. Insert the left long bolt Insert two D16 bolts from outside the left footplate through it into the main unit, without washers. Give them just a few turns.
  25. Tighten the left footplate Fit the correct B13 open end over both D16 hex heads. Tighten clockwise alternately and check for no axial play.
  26. Position the right footplate Face the right footplate heel cup down. Lift from the right and align both holes, then move toward the main unit.
  27. Insert the right long bolt Insert two D16 bolts directly from outside the right footplate into the main unit, without washers. Give them a few turns by hand.
  28. Tighten the right footplate Tighten the two right D16 bolts clockwise alternately with B13. Check that neither footplate has axial play.

Adjust for use

  1. Loosen the locknut first Use B15 to turn D20 in the direction of arrow B in the manual. Loosen the nut away from the underside of the cross tube.
  2. Turn the feet to level Turn foot C21 by hand to extend the threaded stem downward to the floor. Gently rock the unit to check stability and that all four points touch the floor.
  3. Tighten the leveling nut Keep the foot stationary once it touches the floor. Use B15 to turn D20 in the direction of arrow A in the manual, tightening the nut back against the underside of the cross tube.
  4. Lift the rear end to move Grip rear support A05 and lift the rear until both front foot tube transport wheels touch the floor. Roll to the desired location.
  5. Adjust the left foot strap Sit on the seat with your heels against the heel cups. Adjust the left foot strap until secure across the foot without pinching.
  6. Adjust the right foot strap Grip and pull the right foot strap free end along the strap to adjust until secure over the foot without pinching.
  7. Set the resistance Viewed from the knob top, turn clockwise for more resistance and counterclockwise for less. Level 1 is lowest; 16 is highest.
  8. Expose the console back Support the console frame, lift outward and upward, then turn over to expose the rear battery cover. Avoid pulling the connecting cable.
  9. Press to open the battery cover Press the rear console battery cover tab and remove the cover outward to expose the two battery rows.
  10. Insert two AAA batteries Install two 1.5V AAA batteries according to the polarity marks. The positive ends face opposite directions in the two rows. Press each fully in.
  11. Close the cover and return the console Align and slide the rear battery cover into its catch. Once the tab latches, turn the console upright and return it to its mounting position.
  12. Press briefly to switch the display Press MODE briefly to cycle through time, count, distance, calories, total count, stroke rate, 500 m pace, heart rate, or scan.
  13. Press and hold for two seconds to reset With Bluetooth disconnected, press and hold MODE for two seconds, then release. All data except total count TOT resets.
  14. Connect the training app Enable Bluetooth on your phone, log in to SunnyFit, select a suitable workout, and follow the app prompts to find and connect the equipment.
  15. Press and hold for six seconds to disconnect Press and hold MODE for six seconds. The console disconnects from SunnyFit and the heart rate device, then sleeps.
  16. Pull the handle to wake the console Pull the handle out a short distance slowly. The motion signal wakes the console. Guide it slowly back into the holder afterward.
